Zhuhai Zhongli New Energy Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. ("iNTE"), is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhuhai Zhongli New Energy Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. ("iNTE"), is a wholly-owned subsidiary of GHTECH, founded in May 2018 and located in Doumen Industrial District of Zhuhai. iNTE is a leading company in reusing, repurposing, recycling and dismantling retired electric vehicle lithium-ion batteries (EV LiBs). We focus on battery life cycle management technology innovation and product development, providing EV LiBs performance improvement and C&I energy storage integration services, and various repurposed battery products suitable for a wide range of applications, such as telecom base station backup power, energy storage and low-speed vehicles. iNTE is committed to becoming a model enterprise for repurposing EV LiBs. iNTE has mastered the core technologies for repurposing retired EV LiBs. On the software level, we develop and apply unique algorithms, battery history models and big data to perform battery trend and prospective analysis. On the hardware level, we design and integrate battery management system (BMS), chips and active/passive equalization systems to manage cascade batteries real-time, comprehensively and effectively, meeting use needs in different applications.
