Since the launch of CIBF2016, China's new energy vehicle and lithium ion battery have developed rapidly. In 2016, the new energy vehicle (EV and PHEV) reached 500 thousand vehicles, and the lithium ion power battery reached 30GWh. Although the Chinese government's subsidy for new energy vehicles has been adjusted in 2017, but from the beginning of this year's battery market, according to the China Automotive Industry Association data, 1-9 new energy vehicles produced 424 thousand cars and 398 thousand vehicles, an increase of 40.2% and 37.7% over the same period. Among them, pure electric vehicle production and sales of 348 thousand vehicles and 325 thousand vehicles, an increase of 51.6% and 50.1% compared to the same period, and 76 thousand and 73 thousand sales of plug in hybrid electric vehicles, an increase of 4% and 0.5% over the same period. This is expected in 2017 new energy vehicles grew by 30% - 40%, the total will reach 65 to 700 thousand vehicles. China's chemical and physical power industry association statistics, the new energy vehicle battery installed capacity has reached 15.17GWh in 1-9 month, up 24%. Especially with the development of changes in demand and battery technology market, with three yuan battery with high energy density gradually occupied the new energy to catch up from behind, the passenger car market dominant position. The first 9 months, three yuan battery installed capacity of 7.74GWh, more than the 6.3GWh of the lithium phosphate battery. Among them, the ratio of three yuan battery to the pure electric passenger car is up to 73%. 2025 key areas of Technology Roadmap in China figure put forward the target of new energy vehicles, power battery, single energy lithium ion power battery model in 2020 to reach 300wh/kg, the monomer battery energy in 2025 further reached 400wh/Kg, the system cost is reduced to 1 yuan /wh. To achieve the above goals, strengthen the implementation of the lithium ion battery energy optimization technology of high security, high energy existing at the same time, is also to speed up the key materials of the model is higher than the polarity of battery characteristics and new battery system (including solid-state batteries) innovation research. In addition, the development and application of fuel cell electric vehicle technology began to be emphasized at home and abroad, and the Chinese government increased subsidies for the entry of new energy vehicles to promote breakthroughs in key technologies such as fuel cell in China.
Based on the above background, CIBF2018 technology exchange still named "CIBF2018 international advanced battery technology seminar", and continue to "power battery and storage battery" as the theme, focusing on the development and application of the latest technology and battery smart grid and Microgrid with various storage batteries of various types of electric vehicles, especially the research progress with the application of battery material system of a new generation of power and energy storage. The main content involves advanced batteries (including fuel cell) current situation and Prospect of application of market; government support for the research and promotion of new energy technology (governments to promote policy and new development plan); progress in the evaluation of production and application of new materials, the scale of development; the existing battery technology and improve product performance or a new on behalf of the battery design, manufacturing and comprehensive performance evaluation; evaluation of new progress in the development and application of group management system design, simulation and new development of battery; battery, module and system and the actual operation of laboratory safety assessment.

1, market and application as well as government support comprehensive topic;
2, electric car battery topics (including PHEV and EV, HEV and low voltage 12-48V starting and stopping and micro hybrid battery and fuel cell technology);
3. Energy storage battery topics (including various types of battery technology for the application of micronet and power system scale energy storage);
4. The development of the new generation of battery materials (including various types of materials, electrolytes, membrane materials, etc.).
5, new battery system topics, including the next generation of lithium-ion battery system, sodium ion battery system, lithium ion battery system and fuel cell system.
6, the topic of battery module and system integration, life reliability and safety evaluation (including Li ion battery safety and life evaluation, Li ion battery system simulation design and evaluation, and new standards for battery, module and system evaluation).
7, high specific energy NCM/NCA- graphite lithium ion battery power battery safety improvement and evaluation topic;
8. The technology of reusing and recycling power batteries. (Note: according to the actual situation, a special meeting on fuel cell technology development) may be set up.
